This policy is a statement of Evonasowli’s also known as Evonasowli Photography’s commitment to protect the rights and privacy of individuals and compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which seeks to harmonize privacy laws across Europe, heighten accountability for how personal data is acquired and handled and give EU residents more control over their personal data.

What personal data Evonasowli collects and why Evonasowli collects it
Your contact information
If you decide to use Evonasowli services as a photographer or to purchase a photograph from Evonasowli, Evonasowli will need your name, address, phone number and payment details. Evonasowli needs this information to carry out services as required by you the client or to send a purchased print to you, and to contact you should there be any problem with the services you require or your purchase order.
Evonasowli does not store credit card details, they are discarded as soon as they’re processed.
Individuals may request to have their personal data supplied to them and/or removed from or updated on the register by giving 30 days’ notice through the below contact methods. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
How long Evonasowli retains your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so Evonasowli can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on Evonasowli’s website (if any), Evonasowli also stores the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Evonasowli Photography is required under Irish tax law to keep the basic personal data attached to your purchase (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. The information used for marketing purposes will be kept with Evonasowli Photography until you notify Evonasowli Photography that you no longer wish to receive this information by following the instructions included in each promotional email from us to unsubscribe from that particular mailing list.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
