I hope you are all enjoying the gorgeous warm weather we are having. However for those of you who are stuck indoors, hard at work and possibly feeling a bit stressed. Time to take a break from it all and look after your mental wellbeing. So stop what you are doing and sit back and relax and have a look at one or two of the images below. Choose an image that you feel most drawn to, clear your mind and focus on the minute details of the image. Relax by breathing deeply in through your nose and out through your nose.
