Hope you are all getting out and enjoying the fabulous weather we are having and not suffering too much from the heat. Even if it is just in the cool of the morning or evening strive to get out into nature for a meditative stress reducing walk. Just remember to put on a hat and slap on some sun screen!! For those hard at work or feeling stressed out due to a problem or situation not entirely in your control. Time to take a break from it all and look after your mental wellbeing. So sit back and relax. Choose the image that you feel most drawn to. Then take some meditative breaths. Breath deeply in through your nose and out through your nose while clearing your mind of your all your troubles and worries. Focus in on the minute details of the photo, relax and give your beautiful creative mind a well deserved rest for a while.
