Happy Monday Everyone!!! I hope everyone had a fabulously enjoyable weekend and were able to get out and enjoy nature in all her glory. Time to take a break from your busy creative day and strengthen your mind and mental health. Just choose the image that you like or feel most drawn to. Then sit back, relax and take some slow and deep meditative breaths to help clear your mind. Let go of all those stressful thoughts buzzing around in your head. Breath deeply in through your nose and out through your nose while relaxing and focusing on the minute details of your chosen image.
