Did anyone enjoy the bit of rain we had yesterday? I have to say I did enjoy it myself and twas badly needed after all the lovely sun we have been having. Anyway time to take a break from your busy day and look after your mental wellbeing. So sit back and relax. Choose the image that you feel most drawn to. Then take some meditative breaths and clear your mind of all thoughts. Breath deeply in through your nose and out through your nose. Relax and focus in on the minute details of the photo, let your beautiful creative mind take a rest from the rat race for a while.
